The party room provides our owners the comfortable space to host a party for up to 60 persons when seated at tables. We have 4 sets of tables and chairs plus several folding banquet tables and stacking (plastic) chairs which are available for use without additional fee when the party room is rented. Tenants are permitted to rent the party room but only if the owner completes the rental agreement and pays the security deposit.
Along with all of the other facilities we have at Heathgate Condominiums, we are also fortunate to have two saunas located, one each in the mens' and ladies' change rooms.The change rooms are located off the indoor pool area and also boast two tiled shower stalls in each.
